What it is
StockFlow answers one question well: what do we actually have, and where did it go? Products, stock levels, movements in and out, suppliers, reorder thresholds and the counting workflow that keeps the numbers honest.
The scanner matters more than the screens
Inventory data goes stale because entering it is tedious. The scanner companion turns receiving, counting and lookup into a camera-first flow: scan, confirm, next. The decoder work here — and the lesson that the fast path has to be one-handed — carried straight into TallyhubGH’s POS.
What it led to
StockFlow was rebuilt once and then absorbed: its data model, movement semantics and counting flows are the ancestors of TallyhubGH’s inventory module. Keeping it as its own product is still useful for businesses that need stock control without a till.
